Miss Rodeo Colorado Application Information - Please Read Carefully

The Application for Miss Rodeo Colorado is now available as a PDF file. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader version 4.0 or higher to view this file.

This is a fillable form, which means you can fill the form out on your computer and then print it out and sign it.

The PDF file consists of the MRC Application and an Authorization to Release Information. Both must be completed.

Please note: you can download the PDF application, but you will not be able to save any of the information you've filled in if you are using Adobe Reader. You can still fill out the form and print it on your computer, but you will not be able to save the completed form for future use.

When completed, mail the application, authorization to release information, and a check or money order for $100.00 to:

Please mail your application in a manner that does not require a signature to be delivered.

Please also include a small photo, no larger than 4x6" with your application. This black & white or color photograph is a non-judged photo that preliminary judges will use for contestant identification purposes only.
